We have a few 'after' photos. Matt spent a lot of time working on this house in order to make it a home that I would be willing to allow my toddler to set foot in. The previous tenants were 3-4 college kids - enough said.
Some of these photos were taken in the wrong camera setting and therefore, you'll notice a weird metalic like haze around windows and areas of natural light.

Side view - you can see that there is a 'breeze way' of the back of the house that attaches to the garage.
The dog house/dog entrance to the very little back yard, which is fenced for the dogs. It is attached to the breeze way - with a doggie door that lets them go into the breeze way from the dog house.

Inside (before we moved in & after Matt was done working on it). We have new paint throughout, new flooring throughout, new kitchen sink & counter top, and new bathroom vanity. We do not have a basement, so we have the water heater and furnace in the kitchen. Matt put up a wall around them, in order to keep Will from touching them. It looks a lot better too! He also moved the washer/dryer hook ups from the kitchen to Emily's room and built a shelf above them in order to put her TV/DVD player/game system/movies... etc.

As you are looking at the front door - turn to the left and there is the hall to the 2 bedrooms (on either end) and bathroom (in the middle).
Down the hall - standing in Will's room. Bathroom in the middle on the right - walk out to the living room on the left.

Turn to the right and there is another window.
Turn to the right again - you enter the kitchen.

Exiting the kitchen, into the 'master' bedroom - taking an immediate left there are a couple steps to the exit to the breeze way. Matt put up lots of shelves for shoes!!
Turn to the right, open the back door, a couple more steps down and... another door!!
This then leads to the breeze way where there is yet another door to the garage. Matt built a platform along one side of the garage in order to use the most space for all of our storage items. We can still get a car in there!
Moving Day!! Here are the 'after' photos. It's quite small, quite cramped, and very temporary!!! Well... 2 years.
Matt built an entertainment center with a desk off the back of it, because we could not find everything we wanted unless we spent 4x as much!

Kitchen. Matt built a platform to cover the water lines that go back into Emily's room for the washer - which also gave a solid surface to drill Will's high chair into. It was our creative way to allow Will to sit at the higher table with us for family meals. He just climbs up and down the back of it - like a ladder.
